Bruce Stalowicz is a founding Principal with Koll-Fairfield, L.L.C.® and its division KFSearch®. In addition to his responsibilities as an Account Executive, Mr. Stalowicz also has the firm's responsibility for internal technology issues and finance/accounting. Prior to Koll-Fairfield, Mr. Stalowicz was a Manager of Recruiting for Arthur Lyle Associates. During his three years there, he was responsible for recruiting for some of the firms largest clients. In 1985 Mr. Stalowicz was recruited by Romac & Associates to establish a presence in North Jersey/New York City in the field of finance/accounting. He was in charge of all aspects of the organization, including account management, recruiting, training and administration. Mr. Stalowicz started his career in 1975 with Ernst & Young in the audit department. In his eight years with Ernst, he was in charge of 30-40 client audits in addition to the office's largest account. Upon leaving Ernst, he accepted a position of CFO of a privately held distribution business.
